    Steps:
    No one can use my main character. I get the error:"An error has occurred on the game server.(30002)13164XXXXX,30099561,5"

    I created a new player to test the connection and all is ok with this one. I tried several computer and several ISP to test if it can be the connection, but everytime the error appears. With the second character (same account) or my friends's account no problem with their character. So it is not a connection/internet/computer problem.

    I woul like to know if there are something corrupt on my character profile on the database server. Can some DEV check if there is a problem, please? Can you try to log with my character? I opened some ticket to Support Center; I explained to all the story, but they answer to check the internet modem and similar....

    Please help me.

    (I opened another thread, now closed, and a GM forward my request to a Dev to check my retainer, but NOW the problem is that no on, NO ONE, can use my character)

    I will lost the 3000 seals (1000 per city) for the event?!?!
