    Did Balmung move to another continent?

    I know it is a rather odd question, but I've noticed that the server time for Balmung is either way off, or the server has been moved without notice. I'm in the EST time zone in the US, so I wouldn't normally expect more than three hour difference from a server in the NA region. I could've sworn it was only a two hour difference the last time I randomly looked at the server time. Perhaps I missed a notice somewhere along the way?

    Going by the time posted in the image the server could be based in hawaii?

    as far as i know SERVER TIME for Balmung is set as GMT for universial understanding and most legacy servers have a GMT ±0

    Server Time is the base reference...Zulu/GMT. It is commonly used in various industries for synchronizing and such. 0° meridian remains constant, then everyone adjust to local time zone/daylight savings.
