    Low FPS Heavensward (Bootcamp)

    Greetings,

    After Heavensward i've been struggling with FPS.
    I play on a Macbook Pro Retina '15 with Bootcamp installed on Windows 7.
    I used to get around 70-80 FPS (laptop normal settings directx9 client, full screen window mode 1680x1050) with help of Razer cortex booster.
    Now i'm getting around 30 FPS, same settings.
    I've tried changing things like, NVidia settings, power plan settings, but it didn't helped much either.
    Any suggestions?

    System specs:
    Processor: 2,4-GHz quad-core Intel Core i7
    RAM: 8 GB 1600-MHz DDR3L SDRAM
    Graphics card: Intel HD Graphics 4000 NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1 GB GDDR5
