Hi. I've seen a post elsewhere detailing the same problem but it wont allow me to reply to that one. I've just finished the relic quest. I start the cut scene with Jalzahn and it gets as far as looking at the furnace. then the cut scene ends and I am stood back in front of Jalzahn. I start the cut scene again and midway through the cut scene before the furnace section I get a box up saying that final fantasy has stopped working and windows is searching for a solution.
