    Squareenix store sending late the preoredered items

    Hello, I live in spain, and am really unpleased about payed early the heavensward copy from squareenix store and to see the game still is not at home.

    I talked with many spanish players that have the very same problem, the early Access should not ended before we had the copies on our hands, and some of us, are stuck in the new areas, without help from any GM or a good reply from the square enix store.

    This is not legit and not even fair for those that are paying subscription.

    Some of that players had to buy the copy again on their local stores, this makes it really sad to think stores have the game before the players had to buy it twice.

    Am going to unsuscribe the game if the game doesn't come before the next billing for next month, cause my character is stuck in the new area without any help.

    This issue is making me a big problem, the members of my static have not this issue cause they are not european, and am going to lose my static and a posibility to enjoy the game that am paying.
