Pretty much this. I have an fc and a few linkshells to communicate with people that aren't in my fc. Then there's fate parties in the pf among other things. I've heard that the pf is really under used on most servers, but on Gilgamesh sometimes there are pages upon pages of people doing different things that you can join in on. It really is a good system for finding like minded people to play with imo.
