    Heavensward HELP

    When I installed Heavensward I accidently created a second account called Final Fantasy XIV 2 and my character is on Final Fantasy XIV 1. Is there a way to reverse this or what should I do to try and get heavensward for my main account. I have a ps4 if that helps at all.

    You created a second SE account and bought Heavensward on that account instead of your main account? I'm terribly confused as to what your actual problem is. o_o

    Ah, instead of linking to existing account, you registered a new service account.
    You need to contact SE support and put a ticket in, they can help you resolve that issue.
