    One Handed Magic weapons(Wands/Scepters)

    Ok so I been a bit curious on were did they all go are there any in the expansion I just started the expansion not so long ago and I been curious about them we don't see them much. Are they removing them for future jobs I wouldn't mind seeing a (magician/Illusionist) using a Wand or a(necromancer/Witch) using a scepter anyways I am curious are they any in the expansion. all I see are canes and staffs. I would like to have a shield on my magic class.

    Frankly I hope they did away with wands completely. There were so few shield options for the WHM and BLM that there was never a decent reason to use a wand. Wands bug me as much as armour that takes up multiple slots. Useless for glamours and simply not as functional.

    I'm hoping wands go in the direction of daggers with gladiators. Removed from THM and CNJ and given to new classes.

    * The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.

    i am so glad there are no new 1 hand weapons for my whm... i always hated them and i hope they will never come back. i remember the time everyone was farming levi ex for the weapons and i was like: "no loot for me? D: "
