Why are rings unique equipped?

This is just something that's been bothering me, yes, I am aware that you can upgrade for the hunts, but that just delays the problem in that you can't equip two of the same ring. I don't understand why the rings are unique equipped and can't be made so we can use the same ring on both fingers.

It's to force us to use two different rings, otherwise most people would just use two of the same ring which would defeat the point of having two ring slots.

Which would be fine if there were two rings for each role on the vendor. Otherwise, they should just remove the unique equip on the single ring on the vendor.

You can get one Law ring, upgrade it to ilvl 180 with Centurio seals, and then buy another ilvl 170 ring of the same time and wear both of them. The ilvl 180 counts as a different "unique" ring.

I use 1 upgraded ring (180) and 1 non-upgraded one (170). But ofc some ppl run with 1 main stats ring and 1 off stats ring of ilvl 180,

The ilvl 180 gears don't have the same name as the ilvl 170 gear. That's why.
