Crafters have no right to get their own Chocobos

I think people are taking this too personal. I could see why gatherers should be able to get a chocobo, but crafters most of the time craft in town. About 95% of the people who have a craft class as their main class probably have a DOM or DOW class at the required level anyway.

yeah, this is like everything else in this game. to the forums a sacrifice is always a good thing for the good of the game unless it is their character being reduced. when the person that is getting impacted says anything they get attacked.

I think you have a sense of persecution. I believe most if not all replies to your comments were not attacks on you believes.

im pretty sure Yoshi said crafters are ot real classes so if you want a chocobo you might have to spend a day or 2 ranking a bat crass to get the necessary requirements.

A DoH/L can just bribe a DoW/M to powerlevel them in copperbell for like 2 hours, and then they will have access to the seals everyone else has to earn to get a permanent chocobo.

Until then... that's why there are rental chocobos.

not t mention i think everyone can rent them

different aspect o the game have different rewards, i didnt lvl a craft very high therefore i can not fix or attach materia to my own gear.

Which totallysupports the point people are making when they say SE have abandoned their long-trumpeted stance that DoH/L were just as important and 'viable' to play as DoW/M.

BTW, it's not a 'battle' chocobo, it's the fact that it can be summoned at will which is the important issue here, don't use the adjective 'battle' to try to support your argument for making DoH/L second-class classes.

They are Grand Company issued chocobos that have been confirmed to be used for battle content in the future. They are even confirmed to wear armor in the near future.

Honestly, I have repeated this argument quite clearly in my last 2-3 posts or so. Being that you have no direct response to that argument, but only express your disagreement, then I feel you either did not read enough of the posts made on this forum, or just plain don't get it.

Change the name from "Personal" to "Battle" or "Company" Chocobo and take away the free naming function. Don't implement naming till the "real" personal chocobos (breeding) are available.

Either that or open a "Secret Society of Forbidden Materia Crafting Guild" and give DoH/L a Personal (nameable) Choco through that guild (and make them really fat so they can carry extra gears/materieals).

like i said before yoshi doesnt consider dol/doh real classes. so people might have to learn to enjoy multiple parts of the game to get all the features.

or maybe they could have a dungeon were you have to craft you way through. 8 crafters could get together and craft a cell for the ogre then you guys can get some seals.

I believe they are currently being referred to as Grand Company issued chocobos.

Someone made the reference that the DoH are getting Materia Crafting to offset the Grand Company Chocobos, so I propose the following suggestion to all main crafters.

Require anyone who wants you to attach materia for them to have a DoH or DoL class leveled to at least 25.

That's fair, right?
