Well chocobo breeding is supposed to be implimented at some point. I'm actually hoping it will be a DoL or DoH class instead of a universal thing. And sure, some players that only do DoW and DoM will cry about it, but a larger portion will be more along the lines of, "Well, we beat Ifrit, then since we won't have too much else to do before the next patch, we may as well rank up this and get our own chocobo."

Some players simply aren't able to compromise and accept that they're going to have to do something different in order to earn a reward, where as others are perfectly fine with it, since heck, it gives them something to do.
