Crafters have no right to get their own Chocobos

I could argue that I needed to level a gathering class I did not want to level to amass that gil so in turn I could be able to bribe that crafter. So it can go both ways at the end.

no you can't. you had battle leves you could do to amass gil and you could have farmed material on your battle class to sell to the npc or the wards. in other words you had ways to get the gil so you were not forced to do so. nice try though.

But if I want to amass gil faster*, which is akin to a faster chocobo than Rental, I would need to level up a gatherer class.
