Crafters have no right to get their own Chocobos

Also here's an easy analogy of the situation:

I want to be a Musketeer, the guild is already in the game, the gun models are already in the game, but I can't be one because Musketeer hasn't been added yet, so I have to wait untill it is.

Crafters want a personal chocobo, chocobos will be in 1.19, but they can't get one yet without a battle class because chocobo breeder hasn't been added yet, so they have to wait untill it is.

That sounds pretty reasonable, yes?

Yes, everyone get on their chocobo running around, and crafters and gatherers they also RUNNING around which makes everyone very happy about it. IT IS PRETTY REASONABLE.
