Crafters have no right to get their own Chocobos

No, I don't understand what you're fighting for. This is a Final Fantasy game, not Final Craftasy. When people buy Final Fantasy they expect fighting will be involved in progression, because every FF game before XIV involved progression through battles. What you're asking for is Pacifist Fantasy, where everyone can get what they want without ever having to go near a sword, staff, wand, spear or whatever else.

Eorzea isn't going to save itself, and I doubt throwing rocks is going to stop the Garleans and Primals.

It is fine that you don't understand what are we fighting for. We can tell from your word as you are NOT a crafter. This is the game with option to fit your own playing style. Who says that Final Fantasy should be battle oriented. It ask us to pick up our path at the begin of the game. All we ask for is giving some contents to us not just make every contents to battle class especially "Chocobo" this kind of signature element.
