It was my understanding that Companies are for everyone, quests will be added for all to enjoy: Battle quests, Crafting quests, Gathering quests. You would be able to earn seals doing any of those quests. Seeing the company needs all classes to assist, it sounds that me, as a Miner, am able to join the company, offer my services and earn Seals accordingly, ultimately having the right to use those Seals as I see fit and that includes spending them in the Chocobo quest.

What I'm hoping is that work on Grand Company content for non-combat classes was postponed so that we could get our mitts on the goodies on offer sooner. It is not my intention to insinuate I am not pleased with the patch we will be getting. I like goodies as much as everyone else, and the sooner the better, of course. I just want to make my opinion known.
