Crafters have no right to get their own Chocobos

again, the team has already stated they are straying away from crafters and gatherers as being seen as classes equal to that of DOW/DOM.

sure there are pure crafters and pure gatherers, but there are also pure battlers which almost every crafter/gatherer bashes on for not wanting to look to them for things battlers deem irrelevant to their own gameplay style.
much like having to seek out a crafter for repairs past 75%.... why should i? im a pure battler and there is no real difference between 99% and 75% gear wear. therefor i feel the NPC repairman should repair ALL gear to 99% so i dont have to associate to that extent with a crafter just like crafters dont want to battle to obtain their war steed (or chocobos in the FF series but serve the exact same purpose)

I think modes of transportation should be equal opportunity. I'd like to see the Grand Company that could function without supplies. Naturally the ones already announced need them or there wouldn't be much point in those caravan escorts.

I don't see crafter/gatherers complaining that they can't participate in the Ifrit battle. We know fighting is for fighters. Delivering stuff, though, is a crafter's domain and gatherers probably move more distance than anyone in this game. Think about what would happen if a battle class had to pick up a sewing needle for 25 levels just to ride the airship.

It's not right to exclude a minority because they're a minority.

I thought i was well understood that it was Yoshi's intention to remove crafters and gathers from first-class citizenship and degrade them to second-class citizenship.

It's not shocking, but that doesnt mean we are going to lay down and take it. There is a much larger Crafter/Gatherer population in this game than anyone thinks. It was a major Draw for players. People didnt leave because Crafting and Gathering sucked, they left because Battle sucked.

Everyone complaining should really quit crying an find a productive solution to their problem, such as working on a battle class at least to 25. It's not hard at all, i promise.

If some crazy cool crafter/gatherer content came out that i wanted access to i'd just level a class in preparation and be done with it. It's not like you're locked into any class on a character.
