I'm experiencing a peculiar issue regarding the new reflections added with DX11.

I'm running the game on maximum settings, getting 100ish FPS in an enclosed space like my FC house and around 50-60ish in a busy place like Ishgard. That being said, i'm noticing reflections on solid objects (stone, wood, wet ground etc) have extremely low FPS. Probably around 10-20, even when the objects themselves are still moving at 60+. I suspected it was a video problem, but I've recently determined that if my camera is moving (either I am moving or I am turning the camera), the FPS of the reflections matches the objects being reflected. As soon as the camera stops moving their framerate returns to where it was.

Also, this does not effect reflections in water - they have normal FPS at all times.

I'm running Heavensward via an Nvidia GTX 970 on Windows 7.
