Alt+Tab out of game

When I tab out of the game to go to my desktop to look something up,, I see a windowed version of the game on half of the bottom right corner of my screen.

And I can also see everthing happening in game on the bottom bar where the Windows Star button is (Windows7)

I never saw this when I played ARR, is this a bug ? As with 2 x GTX980s, I keep getting stuttering ingame sometimes just like how the GFX looks when I look at the Windowed one when I tab out of the game.

Is this a bug, or working as intended? As I feel like game should run better than 35FPS on High settings on my PCs specs. I5 4690K, 16GB ram and 2 x GTX980s sli

This is what happens when I tab out from Fullscreen. Pops up a tiny windowed version and if i click anywhere near it, it puts the game back into Fullscreen again


Any GMs who knows about this issue? I know several in my FC who says they experience the same thing
