There's a chain of fates required to pop "Vedrfolnir Devoteth" which drops an Ishgardian Half-Barding in the Churning Mists. 3 are NPC initiated, ones near Zenith (little dragonling npc starts the 1st and 3rd - the third is "End of The Rainbow" and the white dragon shows up towards the end), The Darkscale chain, and a standalone fate Rastaban something.... Assuming Rainbow, Darkscale and Rastaban complete the barding fate should pop on the floating island south of Zenith 15-30 minutes later. There might be more I heard Mogicide bandied around as one of the requirements too.

"Special Tarrasque Force" drops a fat chocobo card in Forelands and a chain of special weather/Odin style triggered fates involving Coeurlregina "Coeurls chase Boys chase Coeurls" which gives horns you trade in for a vanity coeurlprint fedora/coat

"On dangerous ground" that drops a minecart minion in Sea of Clouds

"We fought a Dzu" Fate in Coerthas Western that drops Behemoth earrings

A weather related fate in Azys called "Prey Online" (I think) that drops an item you turn in for a pair of vanity Ultima horns or something.

Those are the only fates that come to mind

This one starts with a Turn-in FATE that you start outside the Arkitekticon called "Metal Gears Rising", which then chains into another, then the major boss FATE.

This is also a chained fate so you need to do three of them and he last drops the earrings. Can you imagine if it dropped the bandanna from MGS1 lol. I'm sure all the Machinist wil spam that fate.

just to note - only 1 of the fates needed to spawn Vedrfolnir Devoteth are manually triggered

The fates needed are:

Darkscale's Fate Chain - spawns in the north of the map around the purple crystal coliseum. - spawns naturally with NO trigger,
Mogicide - Spawns near the center of the map - naturally spawns with NO trigger
Rastaban Vibration - Spawns slightly west of the darkscale fate chain - naturally spawns with NO trigger.

and finally

End of the Rainbow: Spawns outside zenith - roughly northeast of the zenith crystal - this fate IS triggered - starting NPC is a little blue wyvern.

Once all fates are successfully completed the Vedrfolnir Devoteth FATe will spawn near the "mother of sheave" statue - you do need flying to reach this!
