I think he is talking about people always complaining about how bored they are and how there isn't any content and then you see their job and they are lv 60 on 3 jobs and the rest ignored achievement points barely in the 3k and so on.

I can see this too. :/ I'm lvl55 and probably gonna spend some time leveling sub leveled classes/jobs.
