Here's a guide for those who don't like the party requirements:

Press "Party Finder"
Hit "Recruit Members"
Insert the instance you want to do, type in something nice, and hit "Create".
Wait for party to fill up then queue.

Look at that! You got into a bismarck/ravana/whatever group by only pressing a few buttons! :P

It really is that simple. In the time you spend complaining on the forums you could have made your own group and cleared the content by now. Get to it.
