Agree, and people that doesnt know the mechanic of the whole fight see a farm party and a learning party and select the farming one. Failing because you make a mistake isnt a problem, fail because you think nobody will notice your mistake its the real problem.After having been in countless farm parties that fell apart because people who obviously didn't have the fight on farm tried to sneak in, I don't blame them. It gets frustrating to try to farm a fight only to have every party disband because people are screwing up on basic mechanics.
People really need to be more realistic about how well they know the fight. Clearing it once does not automatically mean you're capable of farming it, yet a lot of people seem to act like they can hop straight into farm parties after a clear. Can you in some cases? Sure. But not in all, and people need to honestly assess their comfort level with a fight before they just blithely join a farm.
