I've been in multiple Bismark and Ravana learning parties this week. Either you are just on at bad times or aren't lookin hard enough. Trust me, if there isn't one and you make it, they will come. Unless that character of yours there is just an alt and you mean somewhere other then Gilgamesh.

Get dat logical train of thought out of here man. Everyone else has to do everything for me first. duuh, if its not in party finder already ITS NEVER EVER EVER POSSIBLE FOR IT TO EVER HAPPEN EVER.

Sarcasm aside :P, This is seriously the only advice that needs to be said here... Learning groups start with you!

Echoing this as others have. This is the solution to your problem. You can't force people to play with you who don't want to play with you, they're real life human beings with free will.

This argument has validity, but at the same time this sort of me me me attitude seems to becoming less rare and it's worrisome. As a gaming society, what direction do we want to take ourselves?

You do realise the Party Finder was added to facilitate players finding like minded players to run content with, whether thats to farm or learn. It is not a server specific Duty finder where random players join whatever.

Just like if you put up a PF for a story dungeon stating that will be viewing all cutscenes, you wouldnt want players joining and demanding you skip them. Same applies to farm parties. Apart from the ones where the leader has no clue and just wants 7 people to carry them XD

Problem is so many people are lazy and expect everyone else to cater to them. It is easier to complain there are no parties accepting them in PF than to be proactive and start one them selves.

We get these kind of posts every so often, and if there where as many as there are claimed to be in this situation, then it shouldn't take long to form a learning party. But, do they want to learn, or jusst want to be carried? That is the question.

When a game lets a player glide through it, showering said player with rewards despite no real display of prowess, the above is the end result. It becomes expected that one is to be rewarded for doing the bare minimum, or even less than that. True, a game should bring enjoyment and there should be different experiences in the game. But I argue that the rewards should be appropriate for what is attempted and what will be attempted in the future.

This right here. Unless the PF is having a stack overflow or the servers are restarting or something, there's nothing stopping you from creating a new entry. All the talk about there not being a party tailored for a player's needs when that player has those needs is lazyness and entitlement. What does it matter if nobody joins the group the first time? Try again.

Become the example of what you want to see in others.

Its all you can do, complaining about it won't change who people are. All you can do is be a positive influence yourself, and maybe you'll get lucky and spread the good will.

I do it every day, in fact, most of the EN community on Masamune is rather compassionate, there's only a few bad apples. And guess what? They're not very popular. Go figure.

But over on the NA side of things, it's sad to hear how rare they are. Most people seem to be out for themselves. It breaks my heart.

Get your crap together, NA server group. Learn to care for needs other than your own. You're not the only one playing, this is a MMO.

If you don't like others PF make your own. If you don't like how others act find players like yourself and clear content with them. You have no right to tell the people who want to have their PF their own way which is mostly what I came away with from your post. It's like telling someone else they can't watch a movie because you don't like it.

If nobody is joining your party finder....

1.) There just isn't enough people on that want to join.

    2.) Check your description.

I have seen some straight up RIDICULOUS party finder entries. Such as someone labeling it a learning party and also telling people all the loot is locked to the party leader. It never filled up. There is no surprise as to why. Make sure there is incentive. Nobody wants to come into a learning party to continue wiping over and over if they know there is no reward for them. They are likely to start their own, fill up, and clear the content without you.

Make sure its inviting to the other players. If you yourself are nervous about trying content for the first time, they are too. Maybe you aren't. But there are many timid players that want a fun environment to learn in.

Don't be misleading. If you don't put that its a learning party, or you try to disguise it as something it isn't...that's just bad. I've seen players disguise their learning party as a Farm party and when the duty starts, theres that first timer bonus. You are sure to lose your party fast and those individuals are likely to remember your name and never join your party again.
