the reason the summons don't look like the actual primal is because yoshi p said everyone having the primal cheapened it for him. (ff11)

Why not remove the pets and give the player the power to transform into a Primal? Their primal form will be a mix of the current player race + the primal. They could play more like Druids from WoW then the current pet system? This would also make all the primal transformation more unqiue since everyones player character is different aswell.
Yes. This thread is not about how the job plays. I like the job this is just about the physical appearance.Um, this thread is 100% about the egi's physical appearance, not how the job in itself plays. Read the OP. :P
Also I'm actually quite happy with how the job plays myself, personally. I like dots, I like using a book weapon, and I like having a pet. Sooo I'm good. I just want 'pets' that aren't floating elemental things, personally. I miss my carbuncles.
make them smaller and make them look better.
if they can have minions look the way they do, the egis should at least be comparable.
This is not true. There are collectors edition mounts that some people will never have .There is a mount that cost 24 real money dollars that I will never have etc. if u have an account and know how to take an airship u can play smn. Heck u need the cross class skills for some jobs anyway.
I have to said... this comment make my dayTomatoes turn red upon ripening, once the chlorophyll breaks down and lycopene becomes the dominant pigment. And the blue in the sky is a result of blue light being scattered more than other colors by the molecules in the air.
But what does this have to do with why the FFXIV designers have chosen to make one NPC model extremely detailed and another sub par?
I literally /facedesk-ed when I saw some stupid quasi-ascian disposable npc had bigger summons than me. And the black and red carbuncles showed up? I couldn't decide whether to laugh or cry.
Our own summons really are a disgrace tbh. :/
depends on what egi glamor actually means. it could be as cheap as say just changing the color schemes/adding or removing glow effects or it could be actual size/shape adjustments.
only time will tell
