[MCH]: Turret for you or for me?

My general question is, depending on the party composition, which turret's Hypercharge is more adequate for dmg? I'm gonna use BIS EX fight example

-Pure Physical DPS composition - Rook's Hyper
    -3 Mages and 1 MCH - Bishop's Hyper
-1 Mage - most of the time maybe Rook's Hyper

    1st Example:
What happens if we have 2 Physical dps + 2 Mages?

    2nd Example:
BIS EX 3rd Phase, seems everybody likes to focus 1 add at the time and just kill them 1 by 1. In that situation, where a tank grabs 1 add (A) and the other grabs 2 adds (B and C) which turret are u going to use?
If the party is focussing add A, and you have 3 Physical DPS in ur party, do you:
    - put Rook up + hypercharge to quickly kill add A and move on?
    - put only Bishop on add B and C, while assisting with dps on add A?

I know this is more of a case study than a general study on turret usage, but I believe that efficient turret usage depends alot on Party composition + target priority.

If it's two physical dps, use rook. Rook is inherently higher potency than bishop on a single target. Honestly, 5% is nothing to write home about, and the potency loss from using a bishop doesn't really outweight the benefits of a 5% magic damage debuff, unless your party makeup is 3 casters, 1 physical (and that physical naturally being you the machinist).

MCH's overall damage is low, but their burst is rediculously high and you'd benefit more from the 5% physical damage, esp if its aligned with your cooldowns
