As to the SMN EGI glamor. It would be a slow glamor build process. As each patch might give a new primal trial and I'd guess that it would unlock on the patch afterward for the glamor via some quest or some such. idk about you, but I want all the ARR primal as options; Ravana and Bismark I don't know about yet. I can't imagine them looking right next to the summoner.
