Bismark Extreme: Wind/Water Incorrect Reflect Issue

I did a search for "bismark" and didn't see this item entered already. Sorry if it was already included.

Time: 7/1/2015, between 8:30-10:30pm Pacific time
Frequency: Happened about 3 times to BRD, 1 time to WAR

Character name: General Obvious (BRD) / Komori Tane (WAR)

Monster name: Bismark Extreme
Class/Level: BRD & WAR, level 60

Steps:
1. Blue and Green adds appeared in Bis EX. We waited for wind/water icons to attack/aggro the appropriate adds
2. BRD was getting reflect no matter which add he attacked (same color or opposite). We watched him attack each add (blue and green), get reflect damage from each add (blue and green), and die. We thought maybe the BRD had a song or some party-aiding ability up which might have affected him in some strange way by linking him to other party members of the opposite color, but he confirmed that he had no songs or party buffs up. Also do not think he had dots up. We exited the instance and re-entered, but the BRD still had the issue. He re-logged, and still had the same issue.
3. On about the 3rd time it happened to the BRD, the WAR seemed to be having same issue (attacking the green add with blue water icon, but getting reflected damage for some reason). WAR did not have DOTs up on either add.
4. The issue stopped happening eventually (we did not take any special action that seemed to resolve it)

BRD is on PS4, WAR is on laptop. Both have good connections and do not have dc issues.
