Game crashing when transfering zones

I am also having this problem. I run on PC version using DX11. And I constantly have the freeze ups teleporting from zone to zone.

I am having the same problem. Game crashes on loading areas.

Audio first cuts out then, instantly after, graphics freeze. shortly after a window pops up that says ffxiv has stopped responding.

This only happens in DirectX 11.
This only happens when loading areas, mostly high traffic areas.
Happens more often if i am alt tabbed while it is loading.
I can get in to the area if i boot up the game again.
