Multiple Heavensward Quest Titles Appearing in Japanese

What I thought was just a simple localization error which would be patched, turns out to be something else. I play on PC, and my error seems to be rare. Googling only brings up my own Reddit thread, and others who I have talked to, do not have this problem. This happens with many Heavensward side quests and others such as the lvl 50 Warrior Job quest. Haven't found anyone else that shares this problem, is this an issue with my config settings or what? I have already switched client languages in attempt to fix this, but when I return to English there is still the same effect. Everything is in English other than these quest titles.

Additional info: I've had this problem since Early Access and also experienced the blank dialogue boxes bug on the "Indispensible Ally" quest. To move past this error I had to launch the Japanese Client, clear the quest and restart back in English. This would have been a likely cause perhaps for my titles, but they were like that prior to doing so. It's not every quest, it appears very randomly and it is more prevalent with sidequests in the HW areas.

A ticket was submitted yesterday, but as it was technically a "bug report", I don't think I'm likely to get any correspondance from here. If no one knows how to fix this, does anyone know what further steps I can take to get additional support?

Seriously, no one has run into this? Man, my RNG really does suck lol.

Anyone know where else I can go from here? Uninstall/reinstall? Live chat? I'm at a loss and still getting these random japanese titled quests... other than the blank answer for "Indispensible Ally", the majority have been QOL issues, but issues that shouldn't be appearing.

I'm having this exact same problem! It is only getting worse as i progress through the main story where quests have blank dialgue boxes and quest npcs disappearing. The only way i've been able to solve it each time is by changing the language to japanese and then back to english after finishing the quest. Unless there is a patch to fix it, i'm sorry to say it only gets worse from here

Well there's at least two of us... they seem to have chilled the hell out since I've gotten into the Dravanian Forelands... but still, not cool... bug was reported but no reply.
