Curious ship in Churning Mists

So I saw this while mining, and didn't recognize it from ARR or HW current ships. The color part was glowing a bit too, slightly changing colors. It was out of reach on the map, and this was as close as I could get, anyone else seen this?

I have one guess what it is giving the ending after the credits of HW, but we'll see lol.

Leading up to unlocking the Aery and part of the awakening a certain political figure, it was revealed that the Empire had finished building a new massive ship to the likening of the Agrius in Mor Dhona. The ship that Midgarsormr (sp) pulled out of the sky. It's been stated that it's been out on it's maiden voyage, so it's a possibility that it's that new ship being put through it's field tests.

Not to be too nerdy, but the Agrius is their first ship that Midgardsormr took out pre-1.0.
The new ship is called Gration.

But yea, that ship in the picture is not the Gration. Definitely looks more Allagan than Garlean.

My guess, it's Allagans. I think some are still alive mainly cause it doesn't look eorzean or imperial. And what use would Ascians have for a ship.

Got a point, it's possible that since the key to the last zone was unlocked that maybe allagan that were in hibernation in that area awoke and are now surveying the changes in Eorzea before they make themselves known.
