New Rare Spawn FATE's in Heavensward: How they work.

Patch Notes for 3.01 report new FATEs have been added. This likely means that the Proto-Ultima FATE is now actually in game.

There were no new Achieve's for FATE's added so I doubt this. :\

When we killed Couerlregina @ Carbuncle, Part 2 was 6:20AM east of Tailfeather and then Part 3 appeared 1:10PM south of Anyx Trine.

As for Vedrfolnir, we've triggered it twice on the same day. The order that we completed the FATEs were:

Mogicide (success), End of Rainbow (failed), Rastaban Vibration (success), Darkscale FATE chain (success), End of Rainbow (success), Vedrfolnir Devoteth

Darkscale FATE chain (success), Mogicide (success), End of Rainbow (success), Rastaban Vibration (success), Vedrfolnir Devoteth

As for their relevance to making the white dragon FATE spawn, the three FATEs require you to 'defeat' Darkscale's captains: Rastaban, Etamin and Thuban.

Well this does confirm that the Captain FATE's need to be completed, however the order doesn't seem to matter in the succession of the FATE's. Thank you.

We have successfully triggered and completed Vedrfolnir Devoteth again.

For those who think that they were unable to trigger it, wait 5 to 10 minutes after each of the prerequisite FATEs. For example, if you finished Darkscale, there's a chance that Vedrfolnir Devoteth will pop up. Give it 5 to 10 minutes. If Vedrfolnir Devoteth does not pop up and one of the other pre-requisite FATEs appear, complete THAT fate that popped up. And remember to take a healer with you to End of Rainbow because if Rhei End dies, the FATE fails.

Does anyone have more information on the fate "Prey Online". what triggers it? is it on a timer or a fate chain? does one simply go to the zone and hope the weather changes?

"Long Live the Coeurl" on 21:35 @ 13th of July GMT + 8 x36, y24. Yellow/green "Royal Levin" weather. Gold completion awards one Coeurlregina horn.
"Coeurls Chase Boys" on 04:50 @ 14th of July GMT + 8 x36, y27. Yellow/green Royal Levin weather. Gold completion awards three Coeurlregina horns.
"Coeurls Chase Boys Chase Coeurls" on 08:40 @ 14th of July GMT + 8 x12, y12. Red/black Royal Levin weather. Gold completion awards five Coeurlregina horns.

I've seen Part 2 spawn west and east of Tailfeather. The east one's on the road towards Coerthas Western Highlands. It spawned there again today. Updated the post with X,Y.
