Why the map not show all quests ? How can I play with that !!!

If you mean new ones to pick up, rather than the continuation of quests you're already on, then it's not a map issue. The map shows all available new quests. It doesn't show ones that aren't available yet, though, because that would make the map horribly cluttered and confusing to new players seeing every quest in the game, most of which they're a really long way from reaching.

So all but a few early quests have an unlock requirement (typically reaching a certain point in the MSQ, though a few have other requirements as well). If you haven't unlocked a quest yet, then you'll neither be able to pick up the quest, nor see it on the map. Some quests unlock quite a few others, so you'll see that pattern of several new quests popping up when you finish your current one, because you just unlocked access to several new quests.

You keep talking about quests that haven't been picked up yet. Everyone's beef is that you can't track all the quests you already have picked up. Right now I have 12 quests in Mor Dhona but I can only see up to 6 at a time. This limitation forces players to waste their time looking at each quest to determine their location so they can manually track the ones closest to each other.

Talk about stupid design...
