Why the map not show all quests ? How can I play with that !!!

The biggest issue of this game is the map! Very poor design!

1. I don't understand why they make two maps (big and little one) and display different things. Something only display on little map, It was really hard to follow!

2. When I got lots of quests, map only displays few of them, I must mark them as tracked if I want to see it in both map and even the to do list (recommended list)! Many quests are in the same area, but it was not displaying and I missed them because I don't know, it's a kind of waste time and gil! Don't tell me that's because no enough RAM, I have 16G and FFXIV take 1G only!

3. Aethernet marks, even I played this game during a long time, but still go to the wrong location few times a day. For some of them, I can't find any relationship between the name and location.

4. No map cache in RAM, map in FFXIV is not that big, and most player have enough, why Devs not cache parts of map in RAM? I was always keep waste my time on loading when I have to swap between two area few time, such as Thanalan city.
