Props to the player for pulling it off.

With that said, from the class stand point all I see is a wanna-be WHM that landed two succesful DPS buff cards (and one very late tank buff the moment the boss died) within a 7 minute fight. The question stills stands, were those two cards worth bringing the AST compared to the reliability of a WHM? Had someone messed up and died, would the AST still succeed vs a WHM?

Probably not... makes for a fun challenge though!

I will give you props for doing ravana ex solo heal..how ever the fight has alot of down time for a healer..when in zerker you don't need to throw out a single heal...ravana isn't much of a healing intensive fight..again props for doing it..but all you did was do something that sch/whm can do easier.

No one said it wasn't viable. Ravana Ex is extremely easy to heal and solo tank. I'm not sure why you keep posting it, either.

Astrologian needs changes; no one said it was "bad." It's just not as good as the others. A White Mage or Scholar would've had a much easier time, and he would've died faster. The AST buffs are just too weak right now.

Except End-game hasn't come out yet? As I recall Alexander Hard mode would be end game, not the extreme primals on release date.

The question wasn't really wether it was unviable I think. I think the question is, "Why take this over the other two healers?" There isn't really an acceptable answer for that yet.
