Can we make machinist switch between piercing and blunt bullets?

I should've been a little more clear. It wouldn't quell every complaint but it's a small step in the right direction. It would be neat for them to be the only class that can output their best potential regardless of party composition since almost every party has a monk or dragoon.

I'm only ever in a party with a Monk or Dragoon when it's a full party set up, and even then it's rare that I see either of them. Most of what I see in parties are BLM, SMN, NIN, and BRD. It may be different on other data centers, but the MNK and DRG population for my runs seem to be particularly low. And even then, if I do see one, it's almost always a DRG and not a MNK.....

Actually, it's lower than BRD too.

That's based on initial testing from people using parsers that didn't count in the Turret's DPS properly. Including the turret, their damage is pretty much the same from what I understand.....
