Hey there! So I was doing my Grand Company Supply/Provision turn-ins for the day and one of the ones I had to do was "Holy Cedar Wand", which was a turn-in for Carpenter.

I looked and I looked and I poured all over the Carpenter recipe list and could not find it listed anywhere. However, I did manage to find it... in the Alchemist's recipe list. This is despite the fact that it requires carpenter to repair and meld materia to it.
