I tried to get this control scheme to work in XIV, I really did, but it never came off as fluid in XIV as it did to me in XI. Anything special you have clicked (other than Legacy camera, of course)?

My hands just aren't big enough to keyboard-only effectively while dodging with wasd. I do it anyway, though.

You could try to use 2468 numpad for camera with strafe bind to 79 numpad. It might take a while to get used to it.

I think the only other thing I have different that really makes 2486 work as well as it does is my camera speed is set to max for keyboard. I don't even strafe, lol.
