I would also love a feature like this.
I play like I did in XI, 2486 on my num pad to move and my arrow keys for my camera.
Awesome!! I'm so glad this might get added, it'd be a blessing..
I'm a keyboard user only myself...The way I handle this is by placing mouse in 1 static place and using keyboard camera to aim where i wanna place it. Use confirm keybind to execute it (default: 0 numpad).Yes this is what we need for full keyboard users. As a heavy raider I do not use mouse at all in this game, 100% keyboard with camera as well (pro deeps too). The only frustrating part is when I need to take my right hand off the keyboard and move it to my mouse to then move the circle to another area.
Also this should not be limited to just AOE attacks, what about skills like Ninja's teleportation where we move towards a target?
But i truly support this, make every ground AoE attack either based on the caster or the target.
Ninja's Shukuchi needs to be improved too. Why are monks and dark knights allowed to dash-attack the target but ninja is not?
Please allow Shukuchi to teleport to the target and remove the delay time after teleporting.
I prefer the ability to use it to get anywhere rather than just the target, I've used it to lazily dodge AoEs a few times. I do agree for making it instant though, it's downright awful for short distances and subpar for long range unless you've got lightning fast reflexes.
then we should have a separated dash-attack skill.I prefer the ability to use it to get anywhere rather than just the target, I've used it to lazily dodge AoEs a few times. I do agree for making it instant though, it's downright awful for short distances and subpar for long range unless you've got lightning fast reflexes.
