LF small-ish progression focused FC

I just left a pretty big FC that I had called home for a good while. Nothing personal and I have nothing but good memories and great friends there but I need something smaller and more progression focused. I am a 30 year old professional, I like to be goofy and have fun but I am also looking for a more mature and selective crowd for lack of a better way to say it. I work a pretty good mix of day and night shifts (medical) so a group that's active day and night would be perfect although not an absolute requirement. I don't mind a tryout if you want to run through a few dungeons to make sure I'm not a moron. If you think I'd be a fit for you, give me a holler on here or in game (Kat Stevens) and we can talk!
