Yeah I know the basics. Unlock dungeons and farm them.

But I'm having some issues with the quest that unlocks the hunts. I heard you can get the quest from NPC at lv 53 and I finished the story, got lv 60 and the NPC still have nothing to me.

I also heard you need to be Second Flame Lieautenant. But I already am! I want to unlock the lv 1, 2, 3 and elite.

I already have the regular ARR hunts unlocked too.

What am I missing here?
