After last year’s FFXIV fan gathering at Gamescom was a huge success we will hold another gathering during this year’s Gamescom and rock the house!

When and where will the event take place?
The gathering will take place on Thursday evening, August 6, in Cologne. We will keep the exact location a secret for now but doors will open at 20:00 and the gathering will officially start at 21:00 (local time).
Please also keep in mind that the main language spoken at the event will be German.

How can I join the fun?
Easy peasy! Just send us an email to XXXXXX(subject: "Gamescom Gathering Cologne 2015") and add the following details:
  • Last name
  • First name
  • Date of birth
  • Character name
  • World
If you want to bring a friend who doesn’t play FFXIV yet:
  • Your friend’s full name
  • Your friend’s email address


Please make sure to send in your email by Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 10:00 am (GMT) at the latest!

Please note: To attend the fan gathering you have to be 18 years or older. Please bring a valid photographic ID as your name will we be checked at the door.

F.A.Q.
Why do we have to be 18+?
The event does not have a fixed end time and could continue in to the night. There might also be alcoholic beverages served at the venue.

How do I find out if I can attend?
Space is limited and therefore we will send out confirmations to as many people as we can host. However, we cannot guarantee you a spot and we also cannot guarantee that those who unfortunately cannot join will receive a message of rejection. If you haven’t heard from us by August 5 please understand that all spots have been taken.

What happens if there are more applications than spots?
In that case we will select randomly.

Will there be entertainment?
The event will be very laid-back and is focused on meeting other FFXIV players and having fun.

Do you want to sell us anything?
No, of course not! We won’t force any attendee to buy a subscription or anything else.
