Goldsmith quest lvl 53

Just to vent my frustration!

I've started working on my crafts, and been doing the quests along the way.

So for my lvl 53 GSM quest, I need to craft a Hardsilver bangle of casting.
Fair enough I think, and start looking into the mats:

Hardsilver nugget, crafted from hardsilver sand and silver ore.
"Oh ok" I say to myself, as my MIN was 54 at the time, and figured that shouldn't be to hard.
But no luck there, you need MIN 56 to unlock the nodes for Hardsilver sand. Thanks!

I do some leves and some mining, and get my MIN to lvl 56, gather the sands needed and commence crafting those nuggets.

Hmm, so I need a Grade 1 Intelligence Dissolvent. I have my ALC at 52, so shouldn't be a poblem HQ that one I say to myself.
But hey! You need a Mogpom for that, which is a fish.
Well ok then. I get my FSH to lvl 51, unlock some new baits, and head of to Greensward where the tooltip of the fish sends me.
Commence fishing, but no! No luck there with any bait at all. Turns out (after some massive research on the forums and web) that you need to use a lure that requires lvl 58!

So to complete my lvl 53 (!) GSM Quest, I need to get miner to lvl 56, and FSH to lvl 58 unless I want to hit the market boards?!? Really...

Unless there is something I'm missing out on, this is really frustrating!

Ya this is confusing me greatly. I thought the whole point of DoH post 50 was to make them independent. Why still is there so much dependency on all the other crafts?

Or like me where I was 50 everything, I leveled my crafts alongside each other and had plenty of money, bought mats for stuff I couldn't gather and used my skillz to ace it. hell I even HQ'ed because I'm so awesome.

At least it doesn't require you to make it high quality.

The system is designed for dependence on others. The only real way around this is to level everything (which, for most of us who are serious, have already done that).

I am leveling everything as well, but at a rather steady/equal rate (with some exceptions) I just didn't suspect that I had to level FSH to lvl 58 and MIN to lvl 56 to do my lvl 53 GSM quest. Had it been the lvl 58 GSM quest, sure thing, or needing 53 MIN/FSH for the 53 quest.
The frustration comes from the difference in needed level compared to the level of the quest. Usually it has been balanced so you are dependent on other classes (or other people) aprox the same level - or lower - as yourself.

And the reason for needing lvl 58 FSH, is that you need to craft a lvl 51 ALC recipe which needs a fish that first can be caught when you're 58 FSH, which you also need the Goblin jig for, which can be attempted by a 53+ GSM.
