Since the release of Rogue and now with the three new jobs there have been no additions to the cross class skills list. Also the existing cross class skills are quite meaningless in most cases and do not offer much in the way of variety or impact to playstyle. For example, Paladin using Cure.

Will the development team be reviewing existing cross class skills?

Also, when will new cross class skills be added from the newly added jobs?

With the release of the expansion there has been much discussion regarding the skills Wanderer's Minuet and Gauss Barrel. Dismissing the discussion of the skills' impact on playstyle and/or output, these two skills are carbon copies.

Why did the development team implement the exact same skill on two different jobs?

If this skill must exist, why not give it to one class and then allow it to be used cross class?
