I'm a player from the Sargatanas server and since the launch of personal free company houses all of the houses are bought in Eorzea. New or returning Free companies don't have the option to buy a house as their are none left to buy. Do you guys have any plans on adding more instances or new ways to acquire a free company house? If so would you mind telling us some details?

Would it be possible for the mount to angle to one side as we turn? It would make flying feel more dynamic.

You introduced the option to downgrade materials from high quality to normal quality. Could you add an option to do the opposite, to convert a number of normal quality materials into a single high quality material?

When are we going to see the huge lag spikes at peak times in the game resolved. This is becoming a huge issue for many in the game. The game is unplayable when this happens.

Why do you keep on giving us abilities we can't use in most content where it would actually matter?

You have given MCN (and other jobs) access to:

-Stun
-Silence
-Knock-back
-Heavy
-Bind

All of which are useless against almost every boss in the game. Even a lot of the trash we fight is immune to some of these.

When have we ever planned out, used strategy on, and applied debuffs to trash mobs? Aside from how best to skip them...

If you meant them for PVP, why did you not just add them as PVP abilities instead of wasting our slots on abilities we can't use in any meaningful PVE content?

Some jobs claim "versatility and utility," when in reality they are simply wasted and useless abilities taking up space on my hotbar.

A few classes seem to lack a certain balance to them, namely BRD, MCH, and DRK. Will we see these tweaked and changed soon?

How many patches (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, etc.) can we expect and will they be released at the same rate of the 2.x series?

Can we please have a dps tool that "ONLY" displays our dps to ourselves so that we can know how we are performing (PS4 Player here). This way there is still no harassment but at least those of us without a computer version of the game can see how well we are doing for our own knowledge. All this info is in our battle log any way but it is so hard to do the calc's in a timely manner for ourselves. Thank you so much for considering this.

Can we have a system where we can move around things from one retainer to other retainers' inventories instead of calling each one of them and repeating the deposit/withdraw item via our own inventory process? It's tedious to organize the inventories.
