Will we ever be able to fly in ARR areas?

I am really enjoying the Machinist job so far, but I can't help but feel like turrets need some tweaking. Some fights they seem to take damage from every aoe spell, and I feel like I'm constantly having to re drop them, and some fights they seem to be constantly in the middle of red telegraphs, but take no damage at all, and it feels very random.
Its also a bit annoying on a fight like the second boss of The Aetherochemical Research Facility, where it gets petrified every time the boss casts that ability. There are several fights in the game so far where I've seen my turrets get poisoned, affected by bleeds (really, how does a machine bleed?), and knocked around a room.
Are there any plans to address the amount of damage turrets take? Or at the very least, make them immune to status effects and knockbacks.

The machinist need do more damage, can your buff this job?, and please increase the exp reward from leves in heavensward area? We have many jobs and now these fate are usuless

the only thing that will be answered from this list is the MCH/BRD buff and maybe confirmation if DRG 4th skill proc is random or not

everyone else asking questions like "can we search linkshell by leader?" or whatever wont ever get answer sadly

Graded Challenges for Training Dummy

I know parsing is a long ways away. As a compromise, please give us DPS and tank and healing challenges on the training dummies. After a set period of time, give us a letter grade on how well we did based on our ilvl. If our DPS/heals/tanking sucked to our gear level, we get an F so we know we need to improve our rotations.

If players choose to accept these quests, it means they want to get better for themselves.

I really love flying, but would it be possible to fly without a mount, just yourself like with wings on your back?

And will we be able to fly in the old parts some day?

Will there be more pint-sized NPC's? (eg Hyur, Elezen, Miqo'te kids do exist) Will we see Auri and Roe kids at any point?
