Gold And Silver Chocobo Feathers; Clarification, When?

So July is just a few hours away for some of us. For others it's already July.
My question is in regards to the Recruit a Friend Campaign with the additional of Gold and Silver chocobo feathers. When exactly are we going to get these sent out?

Some people have reported getting them already while others say it's not possible yet. Personally I was told beginning of/early July is when we'd get them.

Can we get some clarification? If those who have gotten them already, did you get Gold or Silver?

I got 10 silver feathers a week ago from the welcome back campaign

It states quite clearly in red letters that none of the rewards for Recruit a Friend will be coming until "after July". Now whether that means after it has become July, or after July is over, is up for debate. Safe bet is to assume you won't be getting anything until August.

EDIT: No one has gotten any Recruit a Friend rewards yet, so they are lying or are mistaken on where they got the rewards.

I heard the gold feathers will come out with the 3.01 patch next week. Dunno if the information is accurate or not.

so why say july at all, why not say "golden feathers will be delivered at august" instead of just "after july" thats rather vague after july 4th after julys maintenance, it opens it up to questions, where as if you said "in august" there would be no question as to when.

It's never a good idea, in a game with this many functions and features, to state an exact day at first announcement. Things go wrong. If anything, they're delivering early because it's still July.

Can you clarify Camate, that recruit's only need to register the code for the recruiter to get 5 Golden Chocobo Feathers?
