PS4 and heavensward licence issue

Hey guys not sure if anyone else is having this problem but I bought heavensward on the Tuesday it came out(no early access or nothing) and I installed it using the disc attached the code to my account and everything was gravy. Then Saturday I tried logging in and it would only let me access ARR content, so I check the mogstation and apparently I don't have a licence to access heavensward content, I even tried uninstalling everything and downloaded it all from psn store including heavensward and that didn't fix it so then I deleted everything again and tried installing it all using the heavensward disc and it still didn't fix it. I've even emailed square multiple times and tried calling them but because of the time difference and me working all day I never got through in time. They did email me back only saying that I wasn't eligible for the phantasia potion compensation item. I don't want the dang item I still have several from the launch of ARR, I just want them to fix this so I can play without the headaches. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Did you apply the Heavensward registration code that came with your physical copy to your SE account? That is the only thing i can think of that would restrict your access now. If i recall the early access period lasted a fait bit after launch (was able to continue playing with my early access code after launch until i got my actual registration key).

Wow thanks dude I went to try the code again see if maybe I didn't attach to my account properly an holy guacamole there was another code in there. In my excitement I probably just put in the one for early access and it worked so I didn't care. It's all working good now I can finally log in again. But man do I feel like a dumbass for not noticing that it even tells you in big letters READ ME FIRST lol
