I'm finally deciding to make a post about this, but for the past few months I've had constant packet loss and it's making NIN a hassle to play. I've been running PingPlotter for a while connected to the Malboro server and these are the results:

I also ran a pathping:

Trace complete.
From my understanding, it looks like most of the packet loss is during the final hops, so would this be an issue on my ISP's end or on Square's end? I'd absolutely love to get this fixed ASAP and would appreciate any help.
