    Steps:
    I summon my retainer and the character stucks. I called a GM, unlock the PG and he done something that I don't know (he said me to wait a while and resummon the retainer). The retainer disappear.
    He told me to restart the game. After that no one can use my main character. I created a new player to test the connection and all is ok with this one. I tried several computer and several ISP to test if it can be the connection, but everytime the error appears. With the second character (same account) or my friends's account no problem with their character. So it is not a connection/internet/computer problem.

    I woul like to know if there are something corrupt on my character profile on the database server. Can some DEV check if there is a problem, please? Can you try to log with my character? I opened some ticket to Support Center; I explained to all the story, but they answer to check the internet modem and similar....

    Please help me.

    Devs, please help. And let us know whether this is just an occasional problem... with patch 1.19 coming up in a few days, I'd feel a lot safer if this issue is cleared, too!...

    To Fox: best of luck, man. Since you tried connecting through other ISPs and failed, I don't think it's a connection problem (not in the strict terms of an internet connection, anyway; I think it's a profile issue, but not client-side).
