It seems, i speaked with my internet provider (jazztel) again and they told me is a node problem, and they cant do anything about it, they said it will solve itself but...
I opened a ticked with SQE anyway.
Their tier3 team should be able to affect a routing change to try to get you away from the problem node. Sometimes just switching you to one of their alternate peers or another one of their own gateways can make a big difference. Getting them to escalate the matter can be tricky though over the phone. I find I get better results through online contact options--forums, email, social media. Wrangled with TWC-SC so much over our issues that now I usually just have to forward them ping/trace data via email and they get on it.
